Sam is an artist and filmmaker from Calgary, Alberta who attended their undergraduate degree at the Alberta University of the Arts. Having graduated in 2023 with a major in Illustration and Character Design and a minor in Animation, they are passionate about storytelling through art and enjoy weaving narratives into the work that they make.
Their first animated short Progenitor was an official selection in the GIRAF18 festival of animation, premiering at the Globe Theatre in November 2022. They are currently working on more comics and animation to share with the world!
